These questions help both of us figure out whether building an app together makes sense right now. Take your time. The more honestly you answer, the better the outcome for both of us.

Work through each question and tick yes or not yet. At the end, we will let you know where you land.

PART 1: YOUR PROCESS

Apps work best when there is a clear process underneath them.

Q1. You have a repeatable process your customers or clients move through. It does not need a fancy name. A signature framework, a step-by-step methodology, a sequence your customers or clients follow consistently. It just needs to exist.

Q2. You can describe where your customers or clients tend to get stuck or lose momentum. The moments where they need the most support, ask the most questions, or go quiet. These are exactly the moments an app can help with.

Q3. You are clear on what success looks like for a customer or client who completes your program. A clear end result makes the app architecture focused and purposeful. It keeps the build pointed at what actually matters.

PART 2: YOUR CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS

This section is about the people you work with and how they experience your product or service right now.

Q4. You know what your customers or clients currently do when they get stuck or need support? Do they email you? Message in a group? Re-read your materials? Get overwhelmed and do nothing? This is the gap the app is designed to fill.

Q5. You have a small group of existing customers, clients or community members who could test a new tool. Even three to five people willing to use it and share honest feedback makes the difference between a good app and a great one.

PART 3: THE BUILD

This section is about how we would work together.

Q6. You are comfortable handing the build over once we have agreed on the scope. Once the scope is signed off, we take it from there. You will see the result, not every decision along the way.

Q7. You understand that Version 1 is the agreed scope, and new ideas that come up during testing become Version 2. Every build generates new ideas and that is a good thing. Version 1 delivers exactly what we scoped and agreed. Great ideas that surface during testing get captured and quoted as Version 2. This keeps the build clean and the timeline on track.

Q8. You have a sense of your ideal timeline for having the app in your customers and clients' hands. Version 1 is delivered within 30 days of scope sign-off. If you have a program launch, live event, or important date coming up, it helps to know that upfront.

PART 4: THE INVESTMENT

No surprises here.

Q9. You are aware that the initial conversation investment is $197 AUD, credited in full if you proceed to the build.

Q10. You have accounted for the investment in your budget. We want to make sure this is the right time financially as well as practically. Payment plans can be arranged, but the investment needs to be something you have planned for.
