You describe your idea. We map what it needs. You receive a written summary within 48 hours. If you proceed to the build, this is credited in full.
Version 1 Build
$2,303 AUD
The balance after your conversation credit is applied. Your app built to the agreed plan, hosted on your own account, delivered within 30 days.
Beta and Refinement
Included
30 days of real user testing and refinement. This is how good apps become great ones.
Ongoing Support
Optional monthly support for the first six months. Updates available on a pay-per-use basis after that.
The total Version 1 investment is $2,500 AUD. That is the complete number. The conversation fee of $197 is included in that total, credited when you proceed.
If you decide not to proceed after the initial conversation, you keep the written summary of your idea. The $197 stays with us as payment for the professional time that went into it. It is transferable for 12 months if your timing is not right yet.

What is a web app and how is it different from a regular app?
A web app works through a browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. Your clients tap a button and it installs on their home screen just like a regular app. The difference is there is no app store involved. No waiting for Apple or Google to approve it. No asking your clients to go and find it and download it. It just works, on whatever device they already have.
Do my clients need to download anything?
Yes, but not from an app store. Your clients will receive simple step-by-step instructions for adding the app to their home screen, just like Oops! users do. It takes about 30 seconds and works on iPhones, Android phones, iPads, and computers. Once it is there, it opens and works just like any other app on their device.
What if I do not have branding yet?
Branding needs to be in place before the build begins. If you have your logo, colours, and fonts ready, we are good to go. If not, we can connect you with a brand designer as a separate step. The build timeline starts once branding is confirmed, so getting that sorted first means no delays once we are ready to build.
What happens if I want changes after the build is done?
Small changes like wording, colours, or fixing something that is not working the way you expected are covered during the 30-day beta and refinement period. After that, simple updates are available from $47 AUD and larger changes are quoted separately. You will never be left with something broken and no way to fix it.
Do I own the app when it is finished?
Yes. Completely. The app is hosted on your own account from day one. The code is yours. The data is yours. If you ever decide to move on or work with someone else, everything you need to do that is in your hands. No lock-in.
What if I am not technical?
Good news: you do not need to be. The initial conversation is in plain language. The written summary you receive afterwards is in plain language. The handover at the end includes a plain-language guide to everything you own and how to use it. If Oops! can be used by people who describe themselves as hopeless with technology, your app can be too.
How is this different from getting a website built?
A website is a place people visit. An app is a tool people use. If your clients need to look something up occasionally, a website does that. If they need to move through a process, track their progress, get guided through a step, or access something quickly in a stressful moment, that is what an app is for. They are different tools for different jobs.
What if my idea changes during the build?
It happens, and it is completely normal. The way we handle it is simple. Before anything is built, we agree on the scope in writing. That becomes Version 1. New ideas that come up during the build or the beta period are captured and quoted as Version 2. This is not a rigid rule designed to frustrate you. It is a clear process designed to make sure Version 1 is finished properly before Version 2 begins.
